INTERLOQUIUM

is Latin with the literal meaning "a conversation between people". In 1992 when I started my firm I chose to name it

INTERLOQUIUM

because the dialogue is the foundational work method, both in my psychotherapeutic work and in my authorship.

In Västerås, I run a psychotherapeutic reception open to families, couples and individuals. For more information (in Swedish), please click the link Family therapy and Psychotherapy.

I also supervise, contribute to educations and arrange seminars. Please click the link Supervision or Education and seminars for more information (in Swedish)!

In the spring semester of 2001 I completed my education in supervising at the University of Gävle. To read the summary of my examination thesis, please click here.

Together with Erik Abrahamsson, I have written a textbook of family therapy, "Skapande konversationer - möten med familjeterapeuter och deras idéer" (Mareld 1997). The book is being used in educations all over the country. It's now available in English, with the title "Creative Conversations - Meetings with Family Therapists and their Ideas" (Mareld Books 2000).

My second book, published in March 1999, is on a totally different topic. Here I depict the town Västerås, as it was in the 1960:s, when I grew up there. The book is called "Bland djäknar och mods".

My third book was published in September 1999 and is called "Gränsövergång". It contains prose poems and the topic is the psychotherapeutic process and its conditions. The book is a result of a Norwegian-Swedish cooperation with Line Kjersti Dahle.

I have written some articles for Swedish journals, as well as reports and specialist literature reviews. Also, I have reviewed music and fiction books for Swedish newpapers, and I have written some poems, short stories and fairy tales. A few of these texts are translated into English, and you will find them clicking Texts.
