My second book was published by Lars Åke Winberg Publishers in March, 1999, and is called "Bland djäknar och mods - Västerås på 60-talet". The prologue is written by Mikael Samuelson. For me, Västerås and the 60's are inseparable and almost synonymous concepts. Not only because my own time in Västerås happened to coincide with the 60's, but also because of that Västerås by that time was a prospering and expanding industrial town with development optimism and a safe Social Democrat Town Council - the town symbolises the spirit of the era. The spirit of an era, when much of the old had to give place for the new. Welcome to follow me on my wandering through Västerås of the 60's!
